The JUC Fall Retreat is an inclusive, community building weekend of celebration and joy which creates and supports opportunities for forming and deepening friendships; exploring spiritual and intellectual growth; and enjoying physical activity and relaxation for UU individuals, families and friends.

The retreat will be held at Snow Mountain Ranch, a full-service YMCA resort set at 8,750 feet in the wilderness north of Winter Park, CO. It is approximately 70 miles from Denver.

Important Dates:

• Retreat Weekend: Oct. 9-11, 2009
• Early Bird Special: Save $35/adult or $50/family
• Early Registration Deadline: May 31, 2009
• Instructor Signup Deadline: May 31, 2009
• Course Signup Deadline: Sept 1, 2009
• Late Registration Deadline: Sept 1, 2009
• Final Payment Deadline: Sept 1, 2009

Cancellation Policy:

• Before Aug 1, 2009: Full refund less $25.00 per reservation handling fee.
• Aug 1 – Sept 1, 2009: $25.00 handling fee plus 50% of deposit unless we are able to fill your spot.
• After Sept 1, 2009: There will be no refund unless we are able to fill your spot, then you will receive a full refund less $25.00 per reservation handling fee.
