Requests for Absentee Ballots are due to the JUC office no later than Sunday, May 4, 2008. A 15% quorum is necessary to conduct the business of this meeting. Absentee ballots will not count toward this quorum. Please plan to attend! Child care and snacks will be provided!
Agenda items will include:
- Receive 2007-08 Annual Reports from group facilitators, committee chairs, ministers, and staff;
- Introduction of 2008-09 lay leaders;
- Approval of 2008-09 Social Responsibility Council (SRC) Task Forces;
- Elect 2008-09 Board Trustees
- nominees for 3-year terms
- Bart Alexander (2nd term), Jill Armstrong, Jacqui Ainlay-Conley); Cynthia Barker, Bud Meadows, Jim Elliott continue their terms as trustees;
- nominees for 3-year terms
- Elect 2008-09 Board Officers
- nominees for 1-year terms
- President: Lois Abbott; Vice President: Sarah Reeves; Financial Officer: Bill Mangham; Secretary: Jill Armstrong

- Elect two (2) Leadership Nominating Committee members
