CURK / YRE Presents:

May 4th leave JUC at 1:00 pm

Families, kids, and all people interested are invited to visit the Compassionate Dharma Cloud Buddhist Monastery (run by Thich Nhat Hanh’s monks) with our YRE classes to learn more about Buddhism, meditate, chant, hike, and have fun.

The Monastery is just outside Morrison. We are carpooling from JUC. Lunch will be provided after the 11:00 Family Worship Service (also on Buddhism) before we leave at 1:00 pm. We will return to JUC around 3:00 pm.

Please do not bring children younger than 5. Children unaccompanied by a parent must have a signed permission slip from their parent. Contact Dana Lightsey, Acting DRE.

We are taking the unusual step of providing childcare for this event while parents are off of the premises!
